This refinished desk has the classic hallmarks of a restored antique. Worn and weathered by years of neglect, the oak table top has been refinished but the signs of previous visitors remain. We are not certain on the age of this piece as it was obtained from an estate without any backstory for the desk. During refinishing we found what appears to be a lot number underneath the desk which would suggest this was an auctioned item at one point. The absence of drawer slides and the use of flat head wood screws point to this piece being decades old if not older.

COLORS: Desktop is XXXX with several coats of water-based sealant. The remainder of the desk is a flat black latex sanded and sanded and stained to give this desk the aged look it deserves.
